These Terms of Service govern your use of Subdelete and the cancellation services we provide. By creating an account and using Subdelete, you agree to these terms.

Subdelete provides a subscription management and cancellation letter service. We draft and deliver formal cancellation notices to subscription companies on behalf of users. Subdelete does not guarantee that a company will process a cancellation — we guarantee delivery of the notice and offer a money-back refund if confirmation is not received within 30 days.
You must create an account to use Subdelete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Users must be 18 years or older.
Subdelete charges a recurring subscription fee for access to the service. You may cancel your Subdelete subscription at any time. If we cannot confirm your cancellation within 30 days, we provide a full refund of your Subdelete fee under our money-back guarantee.
Subdelete is not responsible for any charges by third-party subscription companies that occur after a cancellation request has been submitted. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to Subdelete within the prior 30 days.
